DIY: Washer Necklace

I finally jumped on the metal hardware > jewellery bandwagon! I made this necklace a few weeks ago as a little birthday present for Lauren and thought I'd share the DIY with you.

I'm sure you've seen tons of varieties and ways to make them, but here's how I did it:

Tip: Make sure your ribbon is much longer than you want the finished necklace to be, then trim to size once the washers are in place :)

Super fun to make, and I love the combination of the hardware and ribbon - I think they'd look great with hex nuts too.

P.S. This is my last blog post before moving flats - eep! I'll be back soon :)

  3. It does look amazing, as the recipient I am most pleased with it! I am pleased to say that it is baby friendly too! (well, in that she can chew on it and it dries quickly and nothing falls off it!, success!
Thank you for a lovely hand made gift xxx
