nutella brownies

recipe adapted from here
these came out really well, but definitely not gooey enough for my liking! i think next time i'd add a splash of milk and maybe cook them for 8-9 minutes instead.
i've been messing around with j's wacom tablet over the last few days, it's so much fun! i really like the idea of writing my tutorials/recipes this way, but was just a little apprehensive about how easy my handwriting is to read; i'd love to know what people think.

i've been signed off of work this week which has seriously dampened my spirits. i always find my health such a difficult thing to talk about, but i really thought i was making progress. if anyone has any suggestions on how i can occupy myself for a week whilst not leaving the flat then i'd be forever grateful! i'm not even supposed to be baking/making anything but i really don't think that is gonna happen.

i hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine and let me know if you try the brownies :)

  2. Im not a brownie fan (what a weirdo right?!) but these look delicious! I have a wacom tablet which I never use anymore, I like the handwriting thing though!
I waste my time at home feeling unwell by making things for the shop, watching DVDs, writing up blog posts, painting my nails, Wii fit/sports & playing with the bunnies :) That's not helpful is it?! haha xx

  3. It's a total bummer you aren't feeling well. There MUST being something making it's way around because I know quite a few people who aren't in the best of health right now... ;__; I hope you get feeling well soon.

My favorite way to pass the time when I'm sick is reading or watching the same movies over and over again while knitting. I'm also a bit of a crazy person though, so I know my idea of fun isn't what other people consider fun. xD

    Anyways, get feeling better soon!!
