thank you to everyone that left me a comment on my last post, i really appreciated them! i'm feeling a little better now after surrounding myself with harry potter, my duvet, laura marling and chocolate buttons. i went back to the doctors this morning and have more meds for the foreseeable future, but fingers crossed i'll be back to normal soon enough. she also surprised me with a flu jab, so i now have one dead arm and one bruised-to-hell arm; charming! this doesn't help when i'm itching to knit & sew, but i'm hoping tomorrow i'll have a bit more energy.
this is one of my favourite go-to outfits, as proved this morning when i threw it on 5 minutes before i had to be at work. i hate how badly black photographs, the cable knit detail on this skirt is so cute but you can barely see it!
i bought this bag last week after seeing it in a charity shop window- yes it is made of wood! it's just so odd and bizarre that i had to have it, i'd love to know who made it or where it came from.
and as for the nails, well, i love the colour, but i put it on in the evening and didn't realise quite how bright it was! so many people have commented on them at work though and they've definitely grown on me as i've gotten used to them.
