sunday mornings are my favourite. duvet, pjs & tea whilst reading or watching repeats of the antiques roadshow.

we have been in our new flat for 9 days now, and it's starting to feel more and more like home. living by the sea again is amaze, i never realised how much i missed it.

i miss having the internet though- there are so many things i want to post about. thank you to everyone who reads this, and for sticking around through all these changes.

i'm off home next weekend, so will finally be able to write properly- see you soon <3

p.s. until then, i will be tweeting as usual :) the link is on the right hand side! >>

catch up

i wish that this post could be more certain, but at the moment it's all "hopefully" and "we'll know for sure soon".

so, "hopefully" on friday, we will leave no.40 and head down to a new little flat in brighton. the flat is in complete chaos, and i always forget how exhausting packing is!
it's so hard packing up 3 years of our lives, and this was made even harder yesterday when i graduated. seeing so many friends for the last time in who knows how long was so emotional, i cannot tell you how weird it is for uni to be finished.

thank you to everyone that left a comment on my last post wishing me luck. it's such an overwhelming feeling knowing that people i've never met have been so kind. to all of you who crossed your fingers, i am so grateful!
and to tie in with all the flat/moving business, i have some awesome DIY's and furniture bargains to share with you soon. i think i've actually outdone myself in my thriftiness!

i'll end with a quick snap of my view from the sofa right now, i'd best get back to it!

cross your fingers, hold your toes,

things may be a little sporadic here for a while.
life isn't exactly going in the right direction at the moment.

i have just logged in to blogger to find that 20 lovely people are reading this blog, and so i ask you this:
if all of you lovely people could cross your fingers for me tomorrow, then i will have 40 times more luck that i currently have- how does that sound?
i'll even throw in a reward of some DIY's that i've been working on, and maybe even some proper outfit snaps :)

and if tomorrow doesn't go to plan... i guess i'll just have to come up with a new plan!

whilst my sister has been staying with me, i persuaded her to let me teach her how to ride a bicycle.
it's a very long story as to why she can't, but childhood memories can be the worst to overcome.
she did amazingly well, especially considering how heavy dory is (have i introduced dory yet? she's a natural blue :p) and i was so proud of her!

there is honestly nothing as relaxing as cycling- i'm not the strongest due to my weak muscles, but i love it all the same, even it's just a 10 minute ride around the block.
